五部门：鼓励限购城市放宽车辆购买限制，增发购车指标
近日，国家发展改革委等五部门联合印发《关于打造消费新场景培育消费新增长点的措施》。《措施》提出，鼓励限购城市放宽车辆购买限制，增发购车指标。

Chinese cities with restrictions on vehicle purchases are encouraged to ease these limitations and additional quotas for vehicle purchases, to a circular aiming to new consumer demand. The circular, made public on Monday, was released by departments the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce.
国家发展改革委、商务部等部门6月24日对外发布的《关于打造消费新场景培育消费新增长点的措施》提出，鼓励限购城市放宽车辆购买限制，增发购车指标。
Local governments are encouraged to vehicle replacement and renewal when conditions allow, according to the circular.
《措施》鼓励地方政府支持符合条件的老旧汽车报废更新。
It noted efforts will be made to steadily the commercialization of autonomous driving and new scenarioses for advanced smart driving.
《措施》提出，将稳步推进自动驾驶商业化落地运营，打造高阶智能驾驶新场景。
Automobiles-related products and services will be enriched in diverse scenarioses, such as car races, camping, and car modification. The will also enhance the safe and trading of used cars, according to the circular.
《措施》还指出，将结合汽车赛事、自驾露营、汽车改装等，丰富汽车后市场产品和服务，进一步促进二手车放心便利交易。
